About Me

I'm Arron Kotowski, an Instructional Designer and E-Learning specialist. I am a highly motivated and progress-focused individual with a long-standing background in the Instructional Design and E-Learning industry.

I've worked in both corporate and higher education settings producing engaging, fun and effective training and learning modules. I have experience creating course content using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite, interacting with SME/Stakeholders to produce above and beyond deliverables, video and audio recording and editing, all with a clean and eye-catching style. I work to produce content that achieves desired learning outcomes and organizational outcomes while keeping the learner experience top of mind.
